Delivery within West Malaysia will take 3-5 Business days, East Malaysia 10-15 business days and international delivery will take 20– 30 business days once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse. It is customer's responsibility to check the status of the item upon ordering after order confirmation is sent via email.
2. How can I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you didn't received the email, you may PM us as well.
3. What are the shipping rates?
We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings on to you. Right now, we offer free shipping for orders RM90.
Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of RM10 for shipping for West Malaysia, RM15 for East Malaysia.
*Orders that are being shipped outside of Malaysia will range anywhere from RM50 - RM100. Please feel free to email us if there is anything we can further assist you with.
4. Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
5. Which shipping carries do you use?
We use Poslaju. We might change to other shipping carries if your area doesn't cover by Poslaju.
Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend PM us upon realising that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need. However, if orders are processed by our warehouse team, then unfortunately, we will not be able to amend the said order.
